Step into the MeshSculpt Mid Waist Short one leg at a time. It's easier to pull up if you fold the waistband a bit and grab by the rolled portion. Pull the shorts up towards your hips. If the legs are dragging, pull up the inner thigh by hooking your thumb through the open gusset pulling the leg up from the inside â no need to tug on the mesh. Finish by pulling the waistband up to your bra line for a perfect fit. If it feels a little snug, that's ok (it's meant to be a compressive garment), but if it feels more intense than a firm hug, you may need to size up. Click here for step-by-step instructions.

I'm 5'4 and 140 pounds and got the medium. I could probably have done a small. I typically wear a size 4 or 6. Wearing these helped me get into my snug fitting size 4 pants. The are lightweight, comfortable, and breathable. The fabric compression works well while still being thin and smooth under clothes. It came with a nicely made zip up mesh bag for laundry. They held up well after washing. Overall I'm pleased with the comfort and slimming effect.

This is a great lightweight shaper! I used to wear Spanx but I prefer this because it is easier to get on and it's just lighter in weight while still shaping well. The material is thin and not prone to rolling over; it feels like it would be a bit sticky in warmer weather but it is not, I think that may help the top stay in place without rolling? Every detail has been well thought out from seams that will not show to the light weight of the fabric to the sizing of each component to the way you can open the bottom without pulling it off to go to the bathroom. Everything you hear about the fit ,the comfort, the smoothing of your shape is all true. Using the bathroom is a total fail unless you pull the garment down. I’ve done numerous attempts at using the bathroom before I wore the garment out and I cannot maneuver the opening , hold my dress without having an issue.
